NO Labor Time Guide Tool: Tech Efficiency Test

This tool is for the times when you don’t have a good labor time guide source to go off when calculating what a job should be sold for. Once you determine the estimated actual time a tech would need to complete repairs, add another .5-1. Hours or more as a buffer and that number will calculate into sold hours needed.

HINT: Knowing the Three Labor Types’ Efficiency benchmarks, the bulk of the blend labor type can then be used to determine what SOLD hours should be charged out to the customer to drive Tech Efficiency BEFORE The sale is made.

PM Labor Efficiency = 150%
Diag Labor Efficiency = 200%
Repair Labor Efficiency = 135%
